Tekka Baji Terms & Conditions — Read Before You Play

1. General Information & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Tekka Baji platform and all its services. Visiting the website, opening an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read and agreed to these terms. Agreeing without reading is your own responsibility — which is why we strongly encourage you to read through everything before you get started.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with Tekka Baji, you must be 18 years of age or older. This age requirement is strictly enforced under all circumstances. If there is evidence that an account is being operated by a minor, that account and all associated balances will be terminated immediately.

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Tekka Baji reserves the right to close any account created using false information at any time. If your details change after registration, please update them via account settings or contact our support team.

• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only.
• If multiple members of the same household share a device or IP address, you must notify support in advance.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials confidential.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Policy

Tekka Baji supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. You may be required to provide a National ID or passport along with a recent bank statement. The verification process is typically completed within 24 hours.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Tekka Baji does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees; however, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, Tekka Baji may place a hold on payouts and request further information.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn while active. Winnings become withdrawable only once the bonus wagering requirements have been met. See the Bonuses section for full details on wagering.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Tekka Baji offers a range of promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on that offer's page.

Before claiming any bonus, carefully read the wagering requirement (WR) attached to the offer. For example, a WR of 20× means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw. Not all games contribute equally toward the WR — slots typically count at 100%, while table games contribute less.

• Each promotion may only be used once per person.
• If the wagering requirement (WR) is not met within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Running multiple bonuses simultaneously may not be permitted — please check the terms of each offer.
• Tekka Baji reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus, though changes will not affect bonuses that are already active.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All game outcomes on Tekka Baji are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly audited by an independent third party. This ensures that the result of every spin, hand, or bet is entirely unbiased.

For Sports Betting, bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant match. In the event of any dispute over a match result, Tekka Baji follows the decision of the relevant internationally recognized governing body.

• Tekka Baji is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors or loss of connectivity.
• Exploiting any game glitch or bug is strictly prohibited; any winnings obtained this way will be considered void.
• Accounts flagged for unusual betting patterns (such as placing bets on all possible outcomes simultaneously) will be placed under investigation.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tekka Baji and will result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or providing false information to take advantage of bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Use of Software: Using bots, auto-clickers, or any other unauthorized software.
• Hacking or Cheating: Any attempt to breach the security of the platform.
• Threats & Harassment: Harassing other users or staff members.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Tekka Baji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without providing a reason. Under normal circumstances, however, a reason will be given and the user will have an opportunity to respond.

You may close your account at any time. If you do, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, subject to applicable conditions. To temporarily or permanently exclude yourself under our Responsible Gaming policy, please contact support.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Tekka Baji platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, third-party payment failures, or internet connectivity issues.

Tekka Baji is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming — this is an entertainment platform. We always advise: never bet more than you can afford to lose.
